Simple is best standard menu
"Chilled Oyashi-tofu with toppings"
There are several tofu shops in Yomitan Village,
but the tofu from "Oyashi Tofu Shop", which is
a purveyor of Gajirou-Hanten, has a smooth texture
and is delicious with a strong soybean flavor
Some people eat it with just salt to enjoy the deep flavor

Along with this normal tofu,we also have
a limited quantity of unhardened tofu "Yushi-tofu".
