"Ninjin-shirishiri (Gajirou-style)"

The original Okinawan home cooking
"Ninjin-shirishiri" is a sweet-flavored dish,
but our dish is a bit different
It has an Asian taste with fish sauce and lemon
so that it goes well with any drink and meal
It was also very popular with the people who visited us
last night who were traveling from a Swiss town
where a carrot festival is held

Tsongjuabing (Taiwanese thin bread)


This is easy gourmet menus available at
food stalls in Taiwan
A chewy pie-like bread made from flour dough
containing green onions.
Rather than listening to the explanation,
please try it because it is delicious

シーミーは、中国から伝来した沖縄の祖先供養の習慣で
お墓に一族が集まり、持ち寄った重詰料理やお酒

＊Salty stew of beef tendon and cabbage

At this time, Okinawa is in the middle of
the Seimei Festival season (Sheemee)
Both menus have a gentle taste that is good for
your tired body and those who drink too much
due to Sheemee

Sheemee is an Okinawan ancestor memorial custom
that was introduced from China, and is an event in which
the family gathers at the grave, brings food, alcohol,
and flowers, and after making offerings to the grave,
everyone enjoys a feast.
In a sense, it's an event that feels like a picnic,
but at the same time it's also a place for family reunions

『沖縄狂想曲』

『〇月〇日、区長になる女。』

この新たな２作品はどちらも気になる

特に『沖縄狂想曲』には読谷の偉大な先輩方も出ているし
この作品と現在那覇の桜坂劇場で上映中の
三上智恵さんの『戦雲(いくさふむ)』を観れば
過去から現在に連なる沖縄の置かれている現状が
ほぼ把握できるんじゃ無いかという位の作品だと思います

『〇月〇日、区長になる女。』は
有権者47万人の選挙を187票という僅差で現職を破って
東京杉並区の区長になった女性のドキュメンタリー
ボクの弟家族が住んでるってこともあるんで観てみたい


そして前回からの継続上映が４つ

『夢見る給食』

『夢見る小学校 完結編』

『遠いところ』

そして超ロングラン上映の
名作ドキュメンタリー『人生フルーツ』
