鶏肉と一緒に炊いた味付きご飯にきゅうり＆パクチーを添えて
生姜が効いたお醤油ベースの
オリヂナルの甘辛タレが絶品です


そしてもう一つは…
北欧ヘルシンキの漁師さんのスープ

鮭の旨みとお魚に合うハーブのフェンネル
この爽やかな香りがアクセント
じゃがいも、玉ねぎ、セロリのゴロゴロお野菜もたっぷりよん

Today's recommended food menu is...2 deishes
that will (maybe?) make you feel like traveling the world

First, Singapore chicken rice
Khao Man Gai
Khaomangai? Hainanese chicken rice?
In countries where there are Chinese people,
it is a popular dish even though it has a different name
Seasoned rice cooked with chicken,
garnished with cucumber and coriander,
and the original sweet and spicy sauce
based on ginger and soy sauce is exquisite

Fisherman's soup from Helsinki,

Fennel, an herb that goes well with salmon.
