"Okinawan Shallot Chanpuru"
a limited quantity seasonal vegetable dish
that is very popular when it is on the menu

My friend's farm in Yomitan Village is full of nature
and overlooks the ocean.
Depending on the day, Shallot is carefully dug out
from under the weeds

We dig it up and remove the soil, and wash it carefully.
And then, we will serve it to your table
Stir-fried with Shallot is Okinawan tofu and egg,
which are essential for chanpuru
