今日紹介するフードメニューは
オープン以来の定番メニューから
「ケンケン大好きカレー豆」
メニューのほとんどがオリジナルレシピのがじろう飯店にあって
このメニューは沖縄の食品工場で造られているもので
元々は私ドリンク担当ケンケンの晩酌のお供だったのですが
お店を始めたら絶対みなさんに広めようと
密かに企んでいたものです

正式名称は「焼大豆　カレー味」と言いますが
何とあなどる事無かれ
原材料にはターメリック、コリアンダー、クミン、
フェネグリーク、ちんぴ etc．
本格的なカレースパイスを使用しているんですヨ

あまり知られていませんが
隠れた名作と言うにふさわしいお味
(ちょっと大げさ)


正式名称で「ケンケン大好きカレー豆」と
注文していただけたらボクが喜びます
そしてこれ、注文したら一番早く出てくるメニュー！
なんせ袋からお皿に盛るだけなんで
そしてビールに合うこと間違い無し

Kenken's favorite
Roasted soy beans
(with Curry flavor)

Don't underestimate this
Authentic curry spices (turmeric, coriander, cumin,
fenugreek, chinpi etc.) are used as raw materials
It's not well known, but it's a taste that deserves
to be a hidden masterpiece.(A little exaggerated)

The menu that comes out earliest when you order this！
Because you just put it on a plate from the bag
And it goes without saying that
this curry bean goes well with beer
