島大根のおでん
～こんにゃく＆厚揚げと～

寒い季節のお野菜の王様的存在なのが『大根』
カタチも様々、色とりどりの大根がたくさんお目見えしています
その中でも、ずんぐりとした”沖縄のデークニー（島大根）”
重さは2キロ弱
昆布をメインにしたお出汁で2日かけてじ～っくり炊いてます
しみしみ～に仕上がって、生七味との組み合わせも絶妙ですヨ

Okinawa DAIKON radish oden
~with konjac and fried tofu~

The king of cold season vegetables is the "daikon radish"
Currently, there are many different radishes
in various shapes and colors on sale in the market
Among them, the chunky "Okinawa daikon"
weighs just under 2kg
It is slowly cooked for 2 days in a broth mainly made from kelp
The flavor is well-absorbed, and the combination with
raw shichimi spices (spicy seasoning) is exquisite
