"Ninjin-shirishiri (Gajirou-style)"
The original Okinawan home cooking
"Ninjin-shirishiri" is a sweet-flavored dish,
but our dish is a bit different
It has an Asian taste with fish sauce and lemon
so that it goes well with any drink
If you would like a vegetarian menu,
please let us know as we can omit
the minced chicken
