Today's recommended food menu is...
It is a menu that can be called
the signature dish of our "Gajirou-Hanten"
Thai style chicken wings
"Gai Yang"
Gai Yang is a classic Thai chicken dish,
"Gai" means chicken, and "Yang" means roasted
And we use chicken wings for it
It's soaked in a nam-pla (fish sauce) based
sweet sauce for a few days,
so it has a much more umami and richness
than it looks, and it'll be baked slowly in the oven
